Recent & Favorites

This dashboard shows a list of all the entities (Matters/Opportunity/Client/Directory/Planning (matter pricing model) /Report) that have been bookmarked or recently visited. This dashboard if enabled is added as a tab on the landing page.

The Favorites page displays a list of all the bookmarked entities and the Recent page lists the most recently visited pages. By default, the dashboard will display all the entity types. You can filter the dashboard by the entity Type and Sort by the last accessed date or entity name.

The following details are updated against each item in both the dashboards:

1. Star icon : yellow star if it is bookmarked or a grey star if the page is recently visited but not bookmarked
2. The initial of the entity type ('M' for Matter, 'O' for opportunity, 'C' for Client, 'employee name initials' for Directory, 'P' for Planning, and 'R' for Report)
3. The entity name (e.g. Matter Name, Opportunity Name, Client Name etc.) and
4. The last visited date. The most recently visited page is listed at the top of the list.

Add an item to the Favorite Dashboard:

1. All previously bookmarked items are listed here by default.
2. To mark an item as favorite, in the Recent page click the star next to the entity to bookmark it and add it to the Favorites Dashboard.

Remove an item from Favorites Dashboard:

1. To remove an item from the Favorites dashboard click the star next to it and confirm deletion.
2. Click the icon in the far right corner in the item row and select Remove from Favorite.

Remove an item from the Recent Dashboard:

1. To remove an item from the Recent dashboard, click the icon in the far right corner in the item row and select Remove from Recent.
2. To remove all items from the Recent dashboard, click the icon on top of the page and select Remove all Recent. This will only delete the non-bookmarked items from the list.

Tip: You can enable/disable the Recent & Favorite Dashboard. Admin: Permission Group: Global>View Recent and Favorites Page.
